1. Material yarn test and selection-any inferior thread won't be used.It's the first guarantee of top quality screen printing mesh.

2. Warping-separating the thread, which at the first phase helps separate the thread thus facilitates the following weaving of screen mesh, and reduce the risk of thread breaking; any inferior won't go into next phase.

3. Drawing the thread through the heddle and reed-tender hands of our sophisticated staff draw the fine thread through the invisible aperture, devotion is the only which ensures its possibility and efficiency. This phase is double check of thread. An imported reed is very important to a best mesh. It ensures precision of mesh and reduces hurt to the thread.As much as about 60,000 times for a batch.

4. Weaving-imported equipment and imported reed are to attain a best silk screen, automatic inspection device guards production, any foul up would be found, we do more: our staff are patrolling all the time.

5. QC-most of thread breaking and obvious reed trace are found in this process.When any breaking of thread breaking is found,we cut off the part of the mesh,then try the utmost to use the good part of the cut ones as small samples.Thus no extra cost is transferred to our clients.

6. Cleaning-chemical cleaning of printing mesh is very important, cause small dust on screen mesh may ends up with defect of screen printing. We do our utmost to present a clean mesh, to release the work of cleaning before silk screening for our customers.

7.Forming---it is performed after cleaning, with imported equipment,to make sure the cross stable, so the screen pritning mesh is stable in size when being used.

8. Second QC-this is to find out defect that is not detected in the first QC or any occurred in forming. Although they can judge the defect by eye with years of experience, a magnifier is still used to help find invisible defect.

9. Final QC and cutting (painting)-are the several quality checks on thread during process and double QC on mesh enough? Not to us! We would rather do more work to ensure everything is under control. After all that, the mesh is cut according to customers' required size.
